Plumbing since 1976

Merrell Plumbing is owned and operated by Mark Merrell.

When Mark was in high school, he became an apprentice plumber as a way to pay for his private, parochial school education. After marrying his high school sweetheart, Linda, he went to work for T.E. Dunlevy & Sons Plumbing. In 1976 he started his own company. Years later when Mr. Dunlevy passed away, Mark purchased T.E. Dunlevy & Sons Plumbing.

How the plumbing trade has changed

Mark has seen a lot of changes in the plumbing industry. When he started, nobody was using plastic for pipes and fittings. Today, everything can be done in plastic. Every year, there are changes in code requirements dealing with safety-related issues.

Mark and his staff make it a point to stay on top of the changes to make sure your plumbing projects pass inspection.
