My sump pump will not shut off, should I replace it?

Yes. If your sump pump is running continuously and won’t shut off, it’s usually a sign of a problem.
My tankless water heater is not working. Do you work on them.

Yes, we offer installation and service on tankless water heaters. These systems can sometimes experience issues related to flow rate, ignition, or mineral buildup, which may prevent them from functioning properly. Do you accept credit card payments?

Yes, we accept all forms of credit cards with the exception of American express. There is a 4% fee on all credit card payments.
Do you work on boilers?

Yes. We are trained to work on boilers, especially for basic repairs and maintenance, as boilers are part of a home's plumbing and heating system. However, some boiler issues may require an HVAC specialist, particularly if the problem involves more complex electrical or gas components.
Do you clean and camera sewer lines?

Yes. Cleaning and inspecting sewer lines with a camera involves two main steps. First, we clean the sewer line. We use a hydro jet or auger to clear blockages and buildup from the sewer lines. Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water to effectively remove debris, grease, and roots, restoring proper flow. After cleaning, a small, waterproof camera is inserted into the sewer line to inspect for any cracks, breaks, or further blockages. The live video feed allows the plumber to pinpoint issues and ensure the line is fully cleared.

Do you do bathroom remodeling?

Yes. We do complete bathroom remodeling. This includes the design, demolition, framing, drywall, tile, electrical, lighting & fan installation. You choose your cabinets, sinks, bathtub, shower & countertops. We install walk in showers & tubs. We also install radiant heat flooring.
Do you work on well pumps/systems?

Yes. We repair,replace and install sump pumps, well pumps, booster pumps and sewer ejector pumps.
Do you work on Dishwashers?

No, we don’t work on any appliances.
If my water heater has water in the pan, does it need to be replaced?

If water heater is leaking then yes, it needs to be replaced. We repair, replace, and install electric, gas, tankless and hybrid models of water heaters.
Do you still use copper for running water lines?

Yes, we offer other products as well such as PEX.
Do you test Backflow preventers?

Yes. Backflow preventers stop contaminated water from flowing backward into the clean water supply.
Why does my sewer keep backing up?

There could be tree roots in the main sewer, or the line could be broken or shifted and may need to be replaced.
How can you see what the condition of my sewer is?

We can camera/scope the drain.
What causes water to come in my house when I/m washing my car or watering the yard?

Your outside faucet has split/burst and needs to be replaced.
Do you offer 24-hour emergency service?
